Our Travel Policy

At AllStorm Elite, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our players and families during travel for games and tournaments. Here are the key points of our travel policy:

Travel at Own Risk: All players and their families acknowledge that travel to games and tournaments is undertaken at their own risk. While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure safety, unforeseen circumstances may arise during travel.

  • Supervision for Minors: Players under the age of 18 are required to have a chaperone who is over the age of 18 accompany them on all trips. This ensures that minors have appropriate supervision throughout the duration of the travel.
  • Accommodation and Medical Information: Prior to travel, players and their families are required to provide detailed information about their accommodation preferences and any relevant medical conditions. This information is collected through our travel registration form and helps us make necessary arrangements and accommodations.
  • Transportation Arrangements: Transportation to and from games and tournaments will be coordinated by the team management, and details will be communicated in advance to all participants. Players are expected to be present at the designated departure locations at the specified times. While every effort will be made to adhere to the schedule, it is important to note that the shuttle or transportation provided may not be able to wait for late arrivals. Therefore, participants are responsible for arriving on time to avoid missing transportation arrangements.
  • Activities Outside of Group: Participation in activities outside of scheduled team events is at the discretion of players and their guardians. However, players and guardians are responsible for assessing the risks associated with any extracurricular excursions, both sports and non-sports related. It is imperative that any activities posing a severe health risk be communicated to us beforehand.
  • Code of Conduct: All players are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner while at the gyms or any related facilities. This includes following the directions of coaches and team officials at all times. Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to disrespect towards coaches, officials, teammates, opponents, or spectators, will not be tolerated. Any violations of this code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, including possible suspension from team activities.
  • Communication Protocols: Prior to travel, all participants will receive contact information and a detailed itinerary outlining the schedule of events. In the event of any concerns or emergencies during travel, designated team leaders and personnel will be available to address and assist with any issues that may arise. It is imperative that participants remain informed and adhere to the provided communication channels for updates and assistance throughout the duration of the trip.
  • Emergency Procedures: In the event of an emergency, participants should follow the instructions provided by team leaders and designated personnel. Emergency contact information for local authorities, medical facilities, and team leaders will be readily available to all participants. It is essential that all participants familiarize themselves with emergency procedures and remain vigilant in ensuring their own safety and the safety of others at all times during travel.
  • In the event of an emergency, our team leaders will take immediate action to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants. This includes making note of emergency exits and ensuring that players are informed of their locations. Additionally, our team leaders are trained to assess the situation and implement appropriate emergency procedures as necessary, including contacting emergency services and coordinating evacuation if required. We prioritize the safety of our players and staff above all else and are prepared to respond swiftly and effectively to any emergency situation that may arise during our travels.
