AllStorm Elite is a comprehensive year–round program that places a strong emphasis on basketball skills, teamwork, fundamental development, and proper nutrition.
At AllStorm , we are dedicated to a mission that goes beyond the basketball court. Our goal is to not only develop elite basketball players but also to nurture our young athletes into individuals of outstanding character.
Through our program, we instill essential values both on and off the court. Our ultimate aim is to significantly enhance every player’s skill set, equipping them not only for success in high school basketball but also for success in life.

Ray Barnes
Ray Barnes, a visionary leader with an unwavering passion for the game, is the heart and soul of our club. As the founder and head coach, Ray brings a wealth of experience and a unique coaching philosophy that has shaped countless young athletes. His dedication to nurturing talent, building character, and fostering a love for basketball has been the driving force behind our club's success. Ray's commitment to excellence both on and off the court is the cornerstone of our coaching staff, making him a true mentor to all who step onto the hardwood.

Assistant Coach
Jim Reach, our dedicated Assistant Coach, is the powerhouse behind our coaching team. With an infectious enthusiasm for the game and an exceptional talent for building player relationships, Jim ensures that our athletes bring their best to the court. Currently serving as one of the JV coaches at Mira Costa High School, Jim's knack for player development and his commitment to enhancing skills shine through in every practice and game. Nutrition Coach
Say hello to Jay Stewart, the driving force behind our athletes' physical prowess and nutritional wisdom. As our Strength & Conditioning Specialist and Nutrition Coach, Jay plays an essential role in molding our players into well-rounded athletes. With a knack for enhancing physical performance and a profound understanding of the significance of nutrition, Jay ensures our athletes are well-prepared to shine on the court. Through individually tailored workout programs and comprehensive nutrition guidance, Jay empowers our players to achieve their personal best, excelling in the game and overall well-being.
