Weekly sessions are Thursday's at 7:30 PM
This session is focused on building strength, endurance, and overall athletic performance.
Players should arrive 10–15 minutes early, ready to begin on time.
Please bring:
- Athletic shoes suitable for training
- Water bottle
- Proper workout attire
